This Sunday we gather to rejoice in the Lord who hears our cries and sets our feet upon the Rock. From Psalm 40, we will praise the God who delivers and gives us a new song of salvation. Through hymns like The Solid Rock and Christ Our Hope in Life and Death, we will confess that our confidence rests in Christ alone. The message from Luke 12:50 will point us to the suffering and mission of Jesus, who endured the cross for our redemption. We will respond with All My Boast Is in Jesus, declaring that our only glory is found in Him. As we depart, we will fix our eyes on Christ, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, giving thanks to God.
