The service this week emphasizes God’s faithfulness, our hope in Christ, faithful labor, and integrity within the church. Psalm 92 calls the congregation to give thanks and sing praise to the Lord, leading into All hail the Power of Jesus' Name and Our God will go before us, which ground our confidence firmly in Christ. This Sunday we gather to worship the Lord, our great Shepherd, and to rejoice in the salvation and victory He has given us through Christ. Through O for a Thousand Tongues to Sing, He Is Exalted, and Jesus, Thank You, we will praise Christ for His greatness and give thanks for the grace secured for us through His sacrifice. The reading from 1 Corinthians 15 reminds us that because of Christ’s victory over death, our labor in the Lord is never in vain. Through songs like Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, Christ Our Hope in Life and Death, and Behold Our God, we will declare the greatness and faithfulness of our God. In How Great Thou Art, we will respond with gratitude for His works and His care for us. The message from Psalm 148 will remind us that all of creation exists to glorify God alone. We will close with Rejoice, lifting joyful hearts to the Lord. As we are sent out, we will give glory to God, from whom and through whom and to whom are all things.

This Sunday we gather to celebrate the risen Christ and the living hope we have through Him. With Psalm 117, we are called to praise the Lord, and through songs like Christ the Lord Is Risen Today and Come Praise & Glorify, we will rejoice in His victory over sin and death. Scripture from 1 Peter will remind us of the new birth and eternal inheritance secured by Christ, while the message from Acts 13:23–41 proclaims Jesus as the promised Savior. As we respond with His Glory and My Good, we will affirm that all of life is for His honor and our joy in Him. Together we will confess our faith, partake in the Lord’s Supper, and look ahead with hope to the day we feast with Christ in His kingdom. We will close with the Doxology, giving glory to God who has accomplished our salvation.
