This Sunday we gather to exalt Christ our reigning King, singing praises to His sovereign rule as we are called to worship from Psalm 47. Through Crown Him with Many Crowns and Living Hope, we will rejoice in the finished work of Christ and confess our trust in Him alone. Scripture from 2 Peter 3 and the message from Luke 12 will remind us to live watchful, faithful lives as we await the return of our Lord and the renewal of all things. In giving, we will rest in the faithfulness of God who always keeps His promises. We will respond by declaring our hope in Christ Our Hope in Life and Death and be sent out encouraged to hold fast to our confession, stirring one another toward love and good works.
