This Sunday’s worship service will be a joyful celebration of God’s goodness and grace. We begin with a baptism, rejoicing in new life in Christ, followed by a call to worship from Psalm 150 that invites us to praise the Lord with all that we are. Together, we’ll sing songs that remind us of God’s greatness and our dependence on Him—How Great (Psalm 145), ’Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus, and Yet Not I, but Through Christ in Me. Our sermon from 1 Timothy 4:6–7 will encourage us to be nourished by the Word and trained in godliness. We will also welcome and pray over new members, celebrating how God is building His church.
