This Sunday we gather to exalt the Lord, declaring with Psalm 145 that His name is great and worthy of praise. Through How Great (Psalm 145) and Behold Our God, we will lift our eyes to the sovereign King who rules over all the earth. Psalm 24 will remind us that everything belongs to Him, and in Your Will Be Done we will submit our hearts to His purposes. The message from Luke 12:51 will confront us with the searching reality of Christ’s mission and the dividing line His gospel creates. As we respond with When I Survey the Wondrous Cross and come to the Lord’s Table, we will remember the sacrifice that secures our salvation and anticipate the feast to come. We will close with the Doxology, giving glory to God from whom all blessings flow.
