Sermon Text: 1 Timothy 4:15-16
The songs we will sing this week include the following, provided in a YouTube playlist here and a Spotify playlist here:
Psalm 40:9-10
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty
How Firm a Foundation
Hebrews 12:1-3
Christ is Mine Forevermore
1 Timothy 4:11-16
O Lord My Rock and My Redeemer
Apostles Creed
Prayer of Consecration
Communion
Doxology
This Sunday we gather to proclaim the goodness and faithfulness of our God, who is worthy of all praise. Our call to worship from Psalm 40 reminds us to declare His righteousness and steadfast love before the congregation. Through songs like Praise to the Lord, the Almighty and How Firm a Foundation, we’ll lift our voices in worship and trust in His unshakable promises. The message from 1 Timothy 4:15–16 will call us to persevere in faith and guard our lives and doctrine closely, growing in grace and endurance as Hebrews 12 exhorts. As we share in communion, we will remember Christ’s sacrifice and look forward to the day we feast with Him in His kingdom. We will close our service with the Doxology, giving glory to the One from whom all blessings flow.
