This Sunday we gather to worship the Lord, our righteous and sovereign King. Our call to worship from Psalm 9 will lead us to give thanks with our whole hearts and to proclaim the marvelous works of God. Together we’ll lift our voices in songs like All Creatures of Our God and King and Holy, Holy, Holy, joining the worship of heaven and earth in praise to the Ancient of Days. From Daniel 7 we’ll behold the glory of Christ, the Son of Man, whose dominion is everlasting. The message from Psalm 9 will remind us that God rules with justice and is a refuge for those who trust in Him. We’ll close in faith, singing Our God Will Go Before Us, confident that the Lord never abandons those who seek Him.
