This Sunday we gather to rejoice in the blessing of forgiveness and the mercy of God. Our call to worship from Psalm 32 reminds us that those whose sins are forgiven are truly blessed, leading us to praise through O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing and Jesus! What a Friend for Sinners. Through confession and assurance we will remember that our hope is not in ourselves, but in Christ alone, a truth we will sing in Not in Me. The message from Luke 13:1–5 will call us to repentance and to live with humble, ready hearts before the Lord. We will respond with There Is a Fountain, rejoicing in the cleansing grace found in the blood of Christ. We will depart with the promise that the God of peace equips His people to do His will, to His glory.
