This Sunday we gather to celebrate the saving grace of God and His work among His people. We will begin by rejoicing in believer’s baptism before Psalm 146 calls us to praise the Lord who faithfully cares for the oppressed, the hungry, and those in need. Through Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, His Mercy Is More, and Christus Victor, we will celebrate the mercy of God and Christ’s victory on our behalf. The message from 1 Timothy 5:3–16 will continue to show how genuine faith expresses itself through compassion, responsibility, and practical care within the family of God. We will respond with I Set My Hope on Jesus, confessing that our confidence rests in Christ alone. Finally, we will welcome new members and pray over them, thanking God for continuing to build and strengthen His church.
